My boyfriend told me the other day that he would eat something unhealthy, something fast food :) that he has eaten too much healthy food lately, so… than to eat who knows what at other famous Fast Food restaurants, m -I complied and I made some chicken with french fries and 2 sauces to feel exactly like fast food :)

  • For french fries:
  • I cut some potatoes and fried them in rapeseed oil until they were nicely browned, then I took them out in a bowl where I put a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil, I salted them and -I put a lid on it not to cool down
  • For chickens:
  • 1 large chicken breast soy sauce,
  • balsamic vinegar cream,
  • cinnamon,
  • curry,
  • hot pepper flakes eggs,
  • cornflakes
  • For mint fig sauce I used:
  • 1 fig
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive paste
  • 1 hot pepper,
  • rapeseed oil,
  • balsamic vinegar Terra Creta
  • For the piri piri sauce I used:
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Terra Creta
  • 2 tablespoons Terra Crete olive oil
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

I cut the chicken breast into strips about 2.5 cm wide and put them a little marinated in soy sauce, curry, hot pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar cream and cinnamon. I left them for about 30 minutes, then I beat 2 eggs in a bowl, I heated a pan with some rapeseed oil to fry the chicken pieces in this oil. I put some cornflakes in the blender, then I put each piece of meat through the egg and flakes and then I fried it.

I chopped all the sauce ingredients a little with a knife and then I put them in the blender until they mixed well and the sauce formed.

I served the french fries and the chicken in cornflakes with the 2 sauces and… even if it's not healthy, it tasted very good especially since we don't eat it every day… I take care of it!

Great appetite!

Why homemade cakes?

That is the question. Why homemade cakes? Because cooking for your loved ones is an act of pure love. We are all aware that health is the most valuable asset. It is rightly said that we are what we eat. That is why it is very important to eat as naturally as possible. As healthy as possible. Let's strive to cook homemade food, homemade cakes, to convince our children that a homemade dessert is much better than a commercial cake, full of blasphemous E's.

Most of us are very busy and we think we don't have time for cooking. It is very easy to get lost between the chase for money, work obligations, time lost in traffic, bills to pay, shopping, meetings with parents, washing, ironing, cleaning… And yet, what do we eat today?

The answer comes naturally. Homemade cookies. After one or two dishes, also homemade, because I suggest we all make a change in the way we look at life, care for health and, therefore, in the way we cook. Old and new recipes, traditional, modern and reinvented. This is the slogan of this project. Recipes for classic or fashionable homemade cakes, simpler or more complicated, faster or more laborious.

Quality and health: fast food products that never spoil!

* Many compatriots prepared intensely for barbecues, took out the tithes and the neck in the evening, thawed them, the next day they saw that it was raining and cold, so they put the products back in, took them out the next evening and all so. Specialists say that, in this way, Roma are exposed to risks, but today we are talking to the owner of a small fast-food kiosk, which assures us that the risks can be eliminated:

- Hello! I just told you that you offer your customers food like at home.

- Like at my mother's house, because I have no way of knowing what it's like for their mothers of clients. My mother was always busy, the first soap operas had appeared and she was watching TV, she didn't have time for me. I used to give traditional Romanian fast food, and as foreign presidents I received a visit to our country, that is, bread and salt, as usual.

- I see you have a lot at the kiosk, not just p & acircine and salt. Aren't you afraid of poisoning? From mayonnaise, for example, it stays that way, in full sun.

- Poisoning is done from eggs, and this is not the case. We have a mayonnaise that never breaks, I greased the hinges with it and now it doesn't close the door.

- I still see mustard and ketchup: what are they made of?

- Made of yellow and red dye mayonnaise and flavors. The recipe is the same, but there were some ionizations, electrons left the last layer.

"Doesn't the sausages and the Parisian you make the sandwiches spoil like that in the heat?"

- Do you keep your toiletries and polyurethane foam in the fridge at home? I admit, we also put a mixture, for consistency, of transparent sanitary silicone, that it looks like meatballs, but it doesn't spoil either.

- How are the meatballs and the little ones?

- The mixture has more silicone, it is more elastic. Don't drop a meatball on the ground, because it jumps like a ball and you don't catch it!

- Fresh br & acircnza looks appetizing, I guess you get it from the peasants, don't you?

- Yes, from the cousin from the country, that he steals lime milk from a construction site, where he works.

- Can't fast food without your pizza from what you make it?

"It has slices on top of it, the sausages, and the cheese I just talked about. You see, green, it's not basil, it's mold, from the dampness, because it was a hole in the wall."

"And you solved it, did you plug the gap?"

- I put a lot of polyurethane foam and sanitary silicone, what to do? That's why the other day I had fewer products, because I kind of consumed raw materials!

4 fast food recipes that you can easily prepare at home

If you love fast food, you can prepare your favorite dishes right at home.

Contrary to expectations, fast products are very nutritious and consistent, so it is recommended to cook something else for family or friends than standard, traditional dishes. A main course, garnish and salad are enough to compose a complete menu at a table. And your options are almost limitless, so if you need a little inspiration, here are some fast food recipe ideas that you can easily prepare in your own kitchen.

Although it is a fast food restaurant, shaorma is ideal for lunch. It is made from a stick, with roasted chicken or roast beef, french fries, a few slices of fresh tomatoes, pickles, onion rings, garlic sauce, mayonnaise and ketchup. Bake the sticks a little or heat them in a pan, then fill them with pieces of roasted meat, potatoes, vegetables and sauces. If you want a spicy dish, you can sprinkle hot paprika on top. Roll the sheet tightly, and the shaorma is ready to be served.

Probably one of the quick dishes we can all make very easily at home is pizza. When you don't have much inspiration about what you want to cook, prepare a dough of 500 grams of flour, 50 ml of oil, 300 ml of water, 20 grams of fresh yeast, salt and a little sugar. The quantities of ingredients with which the pizza top can be filled after it has been kneaded and left to ferment can hardly be determined, because it is your choice how rich the final preparation will be. In the case of a Capriciosa pizza recipe, spread tomato sauce or ketchup over the counter, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then add slices of pressed ham, pieces of mushrooms and olive slices. The ingredients vary depending on the type of pizza chosen, but also on personal preferences, so you can complete the recipes with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, slices of salami, artichokes, hot peppers, prosciutto or with several types of cheese.

Hot wings

One of the fast food dishes that both adults and children love are spicy wings. To cook them at home you need chicken wings, flour, whipped milk, eggs, paprika, thyme, curry, oregano, salt, pepper and chopped hot peppers. The chicken pieces are cut in two and washed very well, then boiled in water for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture of beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the flour with the remaining spices. The wings are drained of water, passed through the flour mixture, then through the one with milk and egg, then again through the flour and put to fry in iced oil.

Spicy wings are served with french fries, cold or hot, depending on your preferences. The preparation is a bit pretentious because the authentic recipe is not known to the general public, and the variants prepared at home are adapted by each person. & Icircnsă, if you want to enjoy a special preparation order online from KFC spicy wings made according to the original recipe.

An inspired and filling choice, nuggets are the perfect dish when you're hungry. You only need half a cup of breadcrumbs, a chicken breast, oil, salt and a cup of Parmesan cheese. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and mix in a bowl with salt, parmesan, breadcrumbs and oil, then fry in hot oil. If you want a dietary preparation, instead of frying the meat, put it in the oven in the oven for 10-15 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

The taste of home-made meats is difficult to replace, especially since you have the ability to control the amount of ingredients used. & Icircnsă, the same could be said about fast food, which have a specific flavor, difficult to obtain at home. However, you can try your own fast food options in your kitchen, and if something goes wrong, it is good to know that you can order the goods online, so as not to disappoint your friends or family.

Home food, health and family budget

It goes without saying that if you eat badly, you will feel bad, and at some point your body may give way. To eat well, however, contrary to all preconceptions, you do not need a lot of money. It is enough to make it a habit to cook with seasonal products.

With a little thought and quite a bit of effort, you can keep in the freezer or in the form of canned vegetables and fruits that you took almost in vain, because when the offer is maximum, the price is minimum. At the same time, at the peak of the season, seasonal vegetables and fruits concentrate maximum nutritional benefits, being much more valuable for health than the same vegetables bought in winter from the supermarket.

A healthy and economical habit is to do your shopping directly from small local producers or from the market (but after you have identified the authentic peasants, not from the businessmen).

Not long ago, yesterday I read a few lines written by the owner of the website: & # 8222I still hear left and right that & # 8222 we can't find producers, we don't know where to get them, they are not honest producers & # 8221. I want to say to those who use these excuses that they are just that, some excuses. If you want to find a producer then look for it until you find it, because for you it is important to eat healthy food. And if you want to see how honest a producer is, go and meet him when you have some free time. This will build trust between you. You get healthy natural food, he has a loyal buyer. & # 8221

I think that many of those responsible for food and their families' budgets really know how to manage themselves and that the best and most economical solutions are again. What many of the people who cook at home are regrettably following now.
