- 50 grams of black rice
- 1 or
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 small red onion
- salt pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Fried rice with egg:
The black rice is boiled according to the instructions on the package. It is recommended to be boiled the day before, but it can be rinsed in cold water immediately after boiling and is ready to be used in this prep.
Finely chop the onion and fry for a few minutes in olive oil at medium temperature. Add the rice and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Make a hole in the center of the rice and add the egg. Season and with a spatula mix the egg without exceeding the hollow until it begins to coagulate.
Mix the egg with the rice and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring. After 2-3 minutes, stir again and let it cook again until the egg turns golden and coat the rice.
Place on a plate and sprinkle chilli flakes over.
