It is a very popular dish in the Orient and the Balkan countries. There are variations from one country to another.   • 750 g minced beef or beef + pork
  • 2 lg oil
  • 250 g onion
  • 1 piece of large red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lgr paprika sweet or hot (to taste)
  • salt pepper
  • 1 lg tomato paste
  • 100 ml oil for spreading on top
  • 150 g sour cream for cooking
  • 150 ml of milk or water
  • 1 lg butter for greasing the dish

FILLING for meat pie
1. In a large skillet / saucepan, heat the 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic + spices.
2. Chop the pepper and cook it as well. If you use pepper paste, do not add it now.
3. After the onion has softened and become glassy, ​​add the meat and continue to cook it, chopping it well with a wooden spoon or a spatula, for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the paprika and tomato paste.
5. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from the heat and match the taste with salt and pepper.

ASSEMBLY AND BAKING
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (stage 5 on the classic stove).
1. Grease the pan well with soft butter (or oil).
2. Place 1/3 of the package with greased sheets, each sheet with melted butter or oil. The last one is no longer greased, because the meat follows.
3. Distribute half of the meat filling.

I like peppers and I eat one almost every day. and when I saw this tart on the internet I had to make it!

Ingredient:

For the dough:
200g flour,
100g margarine,

6 tablespoons water,

2 red peppers,
1 green pepper,
1 yellow pepper,
200g Telemea sheep cheese,
100g cheese,
2 eggs,
Kotanyi vegetable spices,
Kotanyi garlic pepper.

1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk.

Method of preparation:

From flour, water, margarine, salt and egg knead a dough.

Sprinkle the work table with flour and spread the tart sheet. We prick with a fork on the whole surface. Then I placed the dough directly in the Delimano tray that does not require greasing or baking paper.

Place the filling in the middle and grate the cheese.

We arrange the pepper slices on top nicely according to taste and preference. I thought of the petals of a rose -)

Lift the edges of the sheet over the filling forming some folds and press lightly so that it does not open when baked.

Grease the edges with the beaten egg yolk.

Put in the preheated oven at 160 degrees and leave until browned.

Then, after it has cooled down a bit, we cut it into slices

and we eat until we are full -)

Cheese and pepper pies

A winning combination: Telemea cheese + baked peppers wrapped in pie sheets. Mmmm, wonderful!

& ndash quantities for about 20 pieces & ndash

For starters, if you don't have baked peppers in the freezer (as I did), you can use either

appetizer with donuts for winter & ndash if you tried it from me, either you can pull in the non-stick pan in 2 lg of oil

cut the pepper into strips until it softens slightly. You can also add 1 clove of crushed garlic.

Let's move on to the preparation: we mix the grated cheese on the large grater with the baked peppers passed in the food processor

with olive oil, pepper and herbs. You can also add chilli sauce for the spicy version.

Cut the pie sheets in 2 lengthwise and keep them covered with a damp kitchen towel, so as not to dry out.

We put 1 teaspoon at the end of the sheet, in the middle and proceed as in the photo.

At the end of the sheet, grease it with beaten egg to stick well. Press the roll obtained lightly to flatten it a little.

Put the pâtés obtained in the tray, on baking paper, grease with egg and sprinkle aromatic herbs.

Ingredient: 6 eggs,
6 tablespoons oil,
300g sugar + 10 tablespoons water,
300g flour,
1 lemon (peel and juice),
1 teaspoon baking powder,
500g fresh fatty cheese,
150g raisins,
vanilla essence.

Method of preparation: Mix the sugar with water and put on the fire, until the sugar dissolves. Boil for about 5 minutes, until a syrup is obtained. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the hot syrup, gradually. Beat the yolks with a pinch of salt and vanilla, then add half of the egg white composition. Pour the oil, gradually. Add lemon peel, juice, baking powder, and remaining egg whites. From this composition take 10 tablespoons and put over the cheese. Raisins are washed and sprinkled with brandy. Allow to penetrate well for a while, then mix with the cheese. In the rest of the composition add flour, in the rain, mixing gently. Put 2/3 of the composition in a rectangular tray (32/22 cm), covered with baking paper. Then put the cheese on top of the rest of the composition. Bake for approx. 45 minutes, on low heat for the first 20 minutes, then on the right heat, until nicely browned. Powder with powdered sugar.


We prepare the dough first. Butter (must be soft) rub with egg in a bowl with a wooden spoon, add flour mixed with salt, ammonia and baking soda. It can be made without, but the dough will not be so fragile and fluffy. Knead the dough and let it cool for 30 minutes. It can stay cold for 24 hours. In the composition of the dough, in addition to the basic elements, other ingredients can be included to diversify its taste: cottage cheese, caimac, boiled yolks, boiled potatoes, sour cream, etc.

For the filling, chop the green onion. Chop the peppers into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Add green onions and peppers, then the minced meat and mix gently until the meat turns brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set it aside to cool. Beat the eggs well and incorporate them into the meat-vegetable mixture.

Spread the dough into two separate sheets. Place the first sheet of dough in a round tray with a detachable bottom and a little oil, lining the edges of the tray. Pour the meat mixture into it. Then cover the top with strips of dough, or a whole sheet of dough, which you have to drill with a fork to allow air to circulate and bake the filling. Put the tray in the oven for 30-45 minutes. Good appetite!


Pumpkin and cheese pie

In a bowl sift the flour, add salt, sugar, yeast and mix well, make a hole, add the beaten egg, lard and start kneading, gradually adding the warm milk.

Knead a homogeneous and non-sticky dough, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Spread the dough in a round sheet larger than the tray.

We clean the zucchini and put it through the large grater, we put it in a strainer, we sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and we leave it for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the zucchini well drained of the juice, cheese and mix well, add the chopped parsley, spices to taste, semolina, chopped onion, mix well and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes. (if necessary, add semolina, depending on the consistency of the cheese and zucchini).

Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, add a sheet of dough, add the cheese composition, fold the edges over the filling.

Add slices of tomatoes in the middle, grease the edges with beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and put in the preheated oven for approx. 40 min.
