I didn't know what name to give it: d is a kind of potato drob invented by me out of the desire to make French potatoes and because I didn't have enough potatoes this idea came to me :)

  • 6 potatoes
  • 130 gr of bacon
  • 100 gr salami with ham
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 80 thousand sour cream
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 25 gr of butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt, spices to taste
  • I added basil and a little thyme

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them with salt.

Separately put the bacon and salami on the robot at high speed (to be like a paste). After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool and then grind them with a fork. Add butter, spices and flour, mix until it forms a kind of dough a little softer but good to shape.

Prepare the cake pan that we cover with butter and flour and put the first layer of potatoes followed by bacon and salami. Put boiled eggs on top and sprinkle with half the cheese, then coat with the rest of the remaining dough and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Separately, rub the yolk with the cream and the rest of the cheese and when the potatoes are browned, take them out of the oven and pour the cream composition over them and leave them for another 5-8 minutes until a crust forms. Leave to cool for about 40 minutes then serve with different salads or pickles.
