A super fast lunch, with only 20 lei for two portions!

  • 200 g of salmon
  • 30 gr butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chivas
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 150 gr spaghetti
  • parmesan race

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with salmon and zucchini:


  • Boil the spaghetti separately in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

  • Put the butter and oil in a saucepan, then the garlic and zucchini cut in half into rounds.

  • Stir for 2 minutes then place the diced salmon



  • Season with salt and pepper, chilli flakes and 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or to taste). add 2 tablespoons of hot water from the pot in which the spaghetti is boiling.



  • Leave on the fire for 2-3 minutes, then add the liquid cream, dill and finely chopped chivas. Then add the boiled spaghetti.



  • Stir gently to combine the ingredients and finally sprinkle with chilli flakes and grated Parmesan cheese

Zucchini are washed, cut into broad slices, then into small, wide slices.
Cut the garlic into small pieces. The salmon is separated from the skin and cut into 2.5 cm long pieces. Sprinkle with 10 g of salt, black pepper, freshly ground, finely chopped sage, lemon juice and 50 ml of olive oil.
Mix the salmon fillets with the prepared marinade and keep cold for at least 30 minutes.
The pasta is boiled in boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until it becomes al dente. Drain and keep warm.
Finely chop the shallots and zucchini slices, sauté in butter, add the finely chopped garlic, marinate the salmon fillets, smear the liquid and simmer together for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. The prepared sauce is mixed with the cooked pasta and the grated mozzarella is added.
Pennies with sour cream sauce, salmon and zucchini are served hot with finely chopped parsley on top.

Salmon fillets with zucchini

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the salmon fillets with cold water and dry by wiping. Remove any bones with tweezers. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, cover and let cool.

It is a simple and easy to prepare dish, which helps you save time and energy! You don't need many ingredients, but surely the result will conquer you in terms of taste and appearance. To prepare our recipe for salmon flavored fillets with zucchini you will need some ingredients:

  • salmon (preferably fillets)
  • zucchini
  • olive oil

How do we prepare the recipe for zucchini flavored salmon fillets?

Grease the fish with a little olive oil and cut the zucchini into not very thin slices. Heat the pan and put the zucchini in a little butter. Then add the fish. Using a spatula, turn the ingredients carefully to brown them nicely and evenly. The stage of culinary magic follows, because everything is pampered with salt, pepper, lemon & acircie and turmeric, according to taste.

2. Add the potatoes and reduce the heat. Add salt and white pepper. Boil until the potatoes are soft.
3. Towards the end, add the melted cheese and stir until it melts. Add the salmon strips, peas and turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Note: If you don't have peas, but you want to enrich the soup & # 8211 you can add corn, and if you are not a fan of melted cheese, use a fatty cream.

Salmon fillets with baked peppers and spaghetti

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 red roasted peppers (about 200 grams)
100 grams of parmesan race
a tablespoon of starch
2 teaspoons of pepper crushed, seedless
a crushed clove of garlic
30 grams of fresh coriander
a cup of chicken soup
a packet (250 grams) of spaghetti

Method of preparation:

In a 20-centimeter-diameter baking tray, arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover the fillets with foil and place the tray in the oven at 230 degrees Celsius. Bake the fillets for 12 to 14 minutes, until the fillets become opaque but juicy in the middle.

Meanwhile, blend the baked peppers, parmesan, starch, hot pepper and garlic in a blender. Add coriander and chicken broth, then blend the ingredients in a blender.

Pour the pepper sauce into a pan with a diameter of 25 centimeters, bring to the boil and reduce the heat.

Boil the pasta for 7 minutes, then drain it through a sieve.

Add the salmon juice from the pan to the pepper sauce. Mix three-quarters of the sauce with the pasta, place the pasta with a spoon on the plate, add a salmon fillet on top and pour a little of the remaining sauce on each portion.
