Rub the yolks with a cup of sugar, 100 ml of oil and 100 ml of water. Add a cup and a half of flour in which I mixed the baking powder. Separately whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the beaten egg whites hard over the yolk composition, mix from the bottom up. Pour into paper molds, sprinkle with nuts / hazelnuts and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until the toothpick test passes. Check after 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
