The vegetable tart is one of my favorites: it looks colorful, attractive, it is tasty and filling. In addition, it can be served in many ways: cold (appetizer) or hot (garnish, main course), etc. It has a lot of qualities, what's more! :)

  • We need:
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr. butter
  • salt
  • as much flour as it contains
  • 50 gr. sour cream
  • assorted boiled vegetables
  • a little smoked cheese

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable tart:


I quickly made the dough, mixing with the robot 1 egg, butter, flour and salt to taste, then I cooled the dough ball formed (about 30 min).

I greased a small form of embarrassment with butter and covered it with breadcrumbs (so that the tart comes off easily from the edges after it has cooled). then I went to the next step: I spread the sheet of dough and covered the walls of the bowl and filled with assorted vegetables, previously boiled in salted water (separately): cauliflower, peas, carrots, sweet corn and ... red bell peppers cruel. Over them I poured a mixture of sour cream and the remaining egg, beaten well with salt and pepper and put in the oven until my tart is browned. In the last 5 min. from the oven I sprinkled grated smoked cheese.
