RECIPE PREPARATION Ghigantes:

Because I'm not in the habit and I always forget to soak them in the evening, I put the beans in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. While I prepare the tomato juice, take the 2 tomatoes and cut them into cubes in a blender and cut the onion, add the parsley and put them in the blender. We cut the sausages into slices, as well as the carrot. Put the beans in the pan, add a little of the juice in which they boiled, the tomato juice, spread the sausage and carrot in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste and a cup of oil. Mix well and put the tray in the oven for about an hour.
